Nice trip out staff were...

Liked: We enjoyed the experience but somewhat surprised the bedroom we had contained two double beds in it and based on the fact that we needed to do some reading in the room the lights were not bright, we had the neon light and desk lamp, which was nice but not appropriate for us to prepare our selves for our legal work.
Disliked: Cant really say there was anything we didn't like but just some extra light in the room would have assisted us, the day at reception stated it was a refurbished room, so surprised to see that being missed.

Liked: The refurbished room was very nicely done with good quality components. Bathroom was particularly well done.It was very good value too, including the £8 for 24 hour car parking

Liked: The manager was quick to apologise and gave a partial refund following my complaint about poor sleep
Disliked: Unfortunately on this occasion I was disturbed by noise from the renovation team. The showers in the pool changing area were dirty the first day but improved the second day.

Liked: The room was fantastic, comfortable and modern, it was stunning to walk into the room.
Disliked: On towel had a makeup mark on it but it was on a spare towel, there are alot of towels.

Lovely staff and hotel, beds...

Liked: It was a lovely clean spacious room and very smart.However the bed was a little uncomfortable and the mattress was quite lumpy, the bedsheets weren’t quite fitted enough to the beds.
Disliked: We were awoken at 7:30 to what sounded like work in the hotel being done, sounds of banging with a hammer, despite vocalising this and being told there wasn’t anything being done during our stay, we do not believe this.
