Coming back!

Liked: Everyone so friendly! I really enjoyed using the swimming pool
Disliked: Shower overflowed! Suggest there is a problem with drainage.

A lil luxury for a...

Liked: Big room, well decorated. Really nice bed and bathroom. Lots amenities in the room
Disliked: Builders and lifts were noisey but we were warned about the renovations

Will be great when the...

Liked: The hotel is very good and is in a good location. Very comfortable and clean, with great staff.Unfortunately told after booking and close to the date of staying that the bar and restaurant were closed and there was building work being carried out.However there was no reduction in the fee to allow for this, and they charge £8 for parking when there is a secure car park next door that charges £3:50 per 24 hours.

BW sheffield.

Liked: Location, i needed the hospital in the city so was easy to get a taxi from here and was close to the train station.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed for refurbishment which is fine but the list of alternatives i went to then said they didn't serve food. So that could have been better.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was amazing. The decor, furniture, lighting, bathroom. Renovation works are ongoing, not rhat it had any impact on us but we assume the rooms must have recently been done, and it's been done very well.
Disliked: Not so much a negative, the car park was full when we arrived but there is an ncp carpark right next to it, so we parked in there which was easy enough and cheap enough.
