Liked: It was very good location, food was fantastic, the staff specially the manager was amazing and very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The ladies in reception could have been more friendly and explain a little bit more when you check in as not much information was given, there was no one at the spa when I went in the morning so I had to find my way around as didn't know where every thing was or how to even get in, the Spa showers had only body wash no shampoo or conditioner or body cream which you would normally get specially in a spa, was also surprised that spa would shut so early, 8pm.

Disliked: When trying to check in, nobody was at the reception desk, I waited a while and after so long I walked into the bar and told a male member of staff nobody was at reception. He said there’s nothing I can do about it, you just have to wait. I said excuse me? He shrugged his shoulders and said again there’s nothing I can do about it. I was in complete shock, I’ve never received such poor customer service from a member of staff before. I will never return.
