Superb

Liked: Worth every penny!!! The comfort exceeded my expectations
Disliked: The pool was advertised as heated but was far far FAR from it. I wish there were better access to towels in the pool area as well. But overall such a wonderful experience and will def be returning.

Amazing

Liked: The staff was amazing, our first morning there we went down for breakfast and the sweet lady was so helpful with my kids, and the next morning she even remember their names!!

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful. I did get charged twice but have been told it will be taken care of, we will see. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am with the privacy sign on the door, she wanted to know what time we were checking out, this is bad practice and aggravating. Other than that everything was great.

It was just ok

Liked: The breakfast and staff was amazing. Monica was super friendly and always checked on us.
Disliked: The pool water was freezing, way to cold to enjoy it. Our room had a very musky, mildew smell and our restroom was being worked on but not complete.
