Liked: The staff was amazing, our first morning there we went down for breakfast and the sweet lady was so helpful with my kids, and the next morning she even remember their names!!

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful. I did get charged twice but have been told it will be taken care of, we will see. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 am with the privacy sign on the door, she wanted to know what time we were checking out, this is bad practice and aggravating. Other than that everything was great.

Liked: The breakfast and staff was amazing. Monica was super friendly and always checked on us.
Disliked: The pool water was freezing, way to cold to enjoy it. Our room had a very musky, mildew smell and our restroom was being worked on but not complete.

We will stay here again

Liked: How helpful Monica was!! From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked in, Monica made sure we had all we needed and was very attentive!
Disliked: There were some soft spots in the floor, especially in the bathroom that could be big issue in the future for this facility in the future.
