Disliked: Pool was not heated as we were told and kids could not swim which was the purpose of the trip.

Liked: We found bedbug casings in the sheets and in the bed. When we told the staff she was very nice but we were told management would reach out to us. We were afraid we would infect our home with bedbugs and we found bites on our legs and back

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: We checked in and when we went to our room, someone was already in it. Then i had to wait almost an hour to get it fixed. Then our new room the keys wouldn't work. The toilet didnt work, i did fix it. The water was shut off to it. i had to ask twice to get clean towels and no one cleaned or got any dirty items out of our room the whole time we were there.i talked to the desk person when we were leaving about everything, he said i needed to talk to the manager. But he still hadn't shown up at 9am. I then was told he would have him call me and that never happened. Over all very disappointing. Also one reason we choice your hotel was for the pool only to learn it was closed. I was not pleased, considering what i paid to stay there.

Liked: Customer service was great! Ms. Monica did a great job and made sure everyone was comfortable. Hot breakfast was a plus as well. Beds were comfortable and clean and only 15 minutes away from Choctaw casino!!!
Disliked: Needs a lil updating but it was clean and room size was big.
