Comfortable, clean and awesome location...

Liked: great options for all dietary needs. Plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt for the more healthy versions and waffle maker was very busy for those who wanted fresh waffles. Coffee machine had many options as well and there was soy milk for non dairy if you needed it.Also hard boiled eggs and hot eggs/sausage very nice additions.Paper bowls and coffee cups were nice as they are healthier for the environment
Disliked: Lots of waste with plastic. Could use perhaps a pitcher to pour the waffle batter instead of each person filling then throwing away plastic cups.

Liked: Room was clean with plenty of space. Location - Short walk to Temecula old town street with loads of restaurant options for all 3 meals. Penfold's next door was great for breakfast. Also close to major roads for getting around the area. Seemed to be plenty of parking. Good shower. Cheap, but that came with a different cost.
Disliked: Miserable staff, poor breakfast options, paper thin walls so I can hear everything all around me, my neighbor flushing their toilet was louder than mine being flushed, made a huge hissing sound. Made rest and sleep hard.Also, for some reason they wanted my email when checking in and that signed me up to some Best Western account crap I never asked for.

Great room in Old Town...

Liked: The rooms are very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Modern bathroom with large space.
Disliked: The coffee in the room was the worse we have ever tasted. Why not put Starbucks k cup pods in the room? Coffee lovers appreciate decent coffee.

Liked: Check in was fast and friendly. Great parking. Comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast options!
Disliked: The gal at the front desk was wonderful. I feel like there should be another person with her at night. There was (what seemed to be) an annoying guest that hung around the front desk bothering her. I hated that she was alone having to deal with him.

We would stay again! Loved...
