Liked: It was clean and upgraded from most hotels.
Disliked: It needs more parking space. There was a U-Haul and a truck with a trailer that took up 3 spots. Bigger parking would be an improvement to this establishment.

Liked: Excellent service and very clean. Staff is very nice and they breakfast areas very clean and very good choices for breakfast.
Disliked: The pool area smelled and the water was dirty.

Disliked: Bed was not comfortable. It was a king size bed and we were given these mini accent pillows to sleep on.

Fine hotel for a stopover...

Liked: This hotel is conveniently located near the Texas Tech campus. There is ample parking and the staff is friendly. It’s a great stopover hotel.
Disliked: Housekeeping is optional for your stay and must be prearranged. The room needed a good deep cleaning, but the sheets and towels were clean. The walls are thin and we had an elephant staying above us. They must have stomped 5 miles in their room. I would recommend asking for the top floor. The breakfast is fine for a short stay, but could use some variety for longer stays. The coffee needed to be stronger. It wasn’t a bad stay, just lots of room for improvement.
