Do not recommend

Liked: The front desk staff was nice
Disliked: Everything else, I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was in good working order and they assured me it was, then when I got there the hot tub was as cold as the pool, then when I asked about it they said they don't turn the heat on in the hot tub when it's hot outside. (Something they should have mentioned when I called) The front desk lady got me on the phone with the manager and the manager was extremely rude. First she tried to make me look stupid, then when we said I called in advance about the hot tub, she said it is in good working order they just don't turn the heat on in the summer. That's not a hot tub that's a bubbly pool. Then I tried to go take a hot bath and I couldn't even do that because the bath tub plug was broken. So they finally switched us to a new room where the bath tub worked. The beds are very hard. Then the next morning I was down getting breakfast for my kids and some coffee for myself and the espresso was out on the machine so I let the staff member know it was out and she huffed at me and told me there is regular coffee on the other table, but that coffee was out too, so I let her know that it was also out and again she huffed at me. Other than the front desk staff this stay was completely awful. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a waste of money.
