Liked: I do not like animals so thats not any issue and highly allergic to them.However I did appreciate Dino for all his help when we had to move to another room because the manager lied and said he fixed the running broken toliet. Dino got me a better room, but the key card refuse to stay programmed. I will be back since this is the spot for the party life that I did not experience because We came on a freaking week day.

Liked: Lovely large (and quiet) room. Very comfortable bed. Wonderfully helpful and happy staff.Within walking distance of the old town and the shopping mall ( never seen so many designer shops in one place).Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure. Having seen the breakfast area on arrival I had expected no more than a danish or croissant. To be offered a cooked breakfast along with a host of sides was amazing.The pool area was a lovely place to relax.Getting back to the airport was a quick straight run.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, location was within walking distance of old town Scottsdale and the mall, staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Liked: breakfast made to order, the pool, and towels outside, the generally more upscale experience. and the front desk staff on mar 31st in the morning! forgot his name but he was great.
Disliked: the breakfast server was dead pan, no joy! loosen up a bit and smile, respond to friendliness, and it will go a long way.

Liked: The staff was awesome the room was amazing. I wish the price was a little bit lower for this time but I know that’s the going rate.
Disliked: My first night there got there started to relax and then I heard music from next-door didn’t realize I was at the entertainment center, but it was OK. I got use of it after the first two nights.
