Liked: Really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. We reviewed many hotels before deciding on Best Western and we’re not disappointed. The hotel is warm and welcoming, located in a very nice area with wonderful restaurants and shopping less than a mile away. Hotel staff were friendly and engaging and the free breakfast was simple but very good. Will definitely rebook here when we return! Highly recommend!

Check in was awful but...

Liked: The black female staff that was working was not helpful at all. Our room was previously reserved and prepaid and we had confirmation and showed her and she was not helpful at all in trying to figure out why our reservation was not showing. All she kept doing was trying to charge us again. It was extremely frustrating and had to end up calling booking.com and speaking to a representative to get it resolved. She had a very bad attitude to be in customer service. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue and staff had always been friendly and helpful but not this one. Not sure if I will return.

Liked: Room was not cleaned particularly well. Wine/beer should be available as well as a larger variety of food/snack options. Didn’t realize pool would be closed. :(. Major reason I picked hotel. Worried it would be loud being near the parking lot but it wasn’t. Bed was extremely comfy. Overall decor was very nice.
