Liked: Breakfast was OK, would to prefer to have more variety day to day
Disliked: We weren't notified or it wasn't explained that rooms wouldn't be cleaned or would need to request extra towels.

Disliked: Front desk clerks are not friendly and don’t know how to do their jobs. They say one thing and then contradict themselves trying to make you look stupid

Liked: Jade at the front desk was absolutely incredible so accommodating made my trip 100% better. Everything else was average invest
Disliked: The cleanliness was average. The rates were pretty high for that hotel

Liked: The hotel was big and had a lot to offer, the continental breakfast was great!
Disliked: The bed had what looked like possibly blood on the comforter. The sheets were also stained. But the front desk promptly fixed the issue. The pool wasnt as clean as we hoped

Hire better employees that will...

Liked: Did not eat the breakfast.
Disliked: Did not receive clean towels when asked for the last night there. Asked for toilet to be fixed. Kept messing with it myself. Maintenance man never came.
