Liked: We appreciated the hot breakfast with choices for one that is gluten free.
Disliked: The carpet was not well swept. The vacuum gets dusty and as it brushed against the brown dust ruffle on the bed the dust rubbed off on the dust ruffle. It wasn't a good first impression as you walk in and see the dirty looking dust ruffles. As we were in the room there were items we picked off the floor that should have been swept up or picked up. There was a red bottle cap and a silver bolt head. The lighting was very dim which added to the not clean feel.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom and a faint smoke smell. There was white dust on the bedside stand and rug. The breakfast was very limited. We were disappointed since other BW Plus facilities were stayed in on this trip were very nice.

Liked: breakfast was adequate. location was good, approximately 15 min. from the location of my reason for the trip. breakfast could use a little more variety.
Disliked: we were not able to get heat adjusted, it was cold.

Disliked: The temperature in the pool area and water temp in the pool could be warmer. I had small child and made difficult for them since it was chilly. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I picked hotel

Liked: I generally don’t have a high bar for hotels. I’m basically there to sleep and sleep comfortably. As long as I’m able to do that, I’m good to go!
Disliked: Now that I think about it, the fridge wasn’t super duper cold, but who rates a hotel for the temperature of the in-room fridge? Stay here with confidence.
