Liked: Very friendly staff. Hotel is showing its age. Toilet was wobbly and the room smelled musty. Someone on our floor was clearly smoking in their room when we exited the elevator.

Liked: Couldn't get up in time for the breakfast but that wasn't their fault. The bed was very comfortable and that's important to me. Also, it was very conveniently located - right by I-40 and a quick 10 minutes to downtown Knoxville.
