We are fussy about motels as far as clean rooms, well kept structure, staff, nice furnished rooms, and a motel that you regret later about staying at. The Best Western Plus Steeplegate Inn in Davenport, Iowa met everything we like in motels and then some. Cost was good also, not one to break your checking account. Would recommend it to friends, family, and any one looking for a 'Really Nice' Motel to stay in and will stay in again if I'm in the Davenport area. Give it 5 Stars, plus 5 more!

Liked: I stayed here 8/24-8/25 it was very nice. I booked another room on my way back home a few days later and it was awful. Room had water damage, bed was worn out, mold in the bathroom
Disliked: ok the first time but like my above statement it was not good the second time. I most likely won't stay here again. The restaurant was also closed on the return visit which made zero sense since it was a holiday weekend with lots of people traveling,
