Liked: Easy access off the highway. Plenty of parking around the whole hotel. Well lit around the whole hotel. Property was clean inside and out.

Disliked: It was disgusting, the room was filthy, the room next to us was playing their music so loud. The walls are paper thin. We had been driving all day so we didn’t want to say anything because we had been driving all day. The staff is very friendly. However I would not salt at here again. It was just as bad as a super 8.

Liked: The location was convenient and met my needs well. I also appreciated the pleasant demeanor of the staff.
Disliked: I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Unfortunately, I found the bed in my room to be quite uncomfortable, as the mattress seemed to have undergone significant wear and had a noticeable sag, leading to some discomfort and a restless night. Additionally, I noticed that the bathroom could use more attention; there were facial hair clippings on the countertop and soap tray, as well as some hair in the bathtub. As a frequent traveler who often stays at Best Western hotels, I was surprised by these issues, as I usually have positive experiences. I hope this feedback can help improve the quality of future stays for all guests.
