We would highly recommend this hotel and will use them again when we are back in town.

Liked: The daily text messages we got asking how things were and if we needed anything at all.
Disliked: None.

The service was great; friendly people at the desk.

Liked: It was close to The Fillmore.
Disliked: The valet parking took a while to get the vehicle when we were ready to go.

Overall it was a great hotel, I just wasn't expecting to pay so much for parking or "incidentals".

Liked: Close to everything; very friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking.

Liked: Staff was very friendly; walking distance from all the good stuff in New Orleans. Bed was comfromable, rooms had a great clean smell. I know where I will be staying whenever I visit.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our vacation experience. The room was large enough for everyone and cheap enough that we will stay there again. I liked the brick walls.
