My stay was comfortable.

Liked: It was really clean! Staffs were very friendly to me! As well helped me with some questions that I had because it was my first time booking for myself!
Disliked: There wasn’t enough parking spots!! Was really anxious leaving car not close enough to the hotel but I do wish in the future they have enough parking spots!

Disappointing stay for a great...

Liked: Breakfast on the day we had to check out. AND THAT WAS IT!!!
Disliked: We had ants in our room in certain areas, construction was going on, nowhere to park, internet was horrible, staff seemed not happy to be there, showed no hospitality, and somewhat rude in a way. Had to have our key cards recharged every time we returned to our room. They were nowhere near anything magnetic. When we returned from downtown St. Augustine, we had to park in a restaurant parking lot that was being renovated. And got hounded by workers telling us we couldn't park there. Cars were parked at the check-in entry as well. They should've warned Booking.com that there was construction going on and limited parking due to it. And lowered the rates a bit. I feel what we paid to enjoy a birthday weekend to St. Augustine here wasn't worth it. They need to do BETTER. BEST WESTERN PLUS, more like BEST WESTERN MINUS!!

I highly recommend this hotel.

Not the quality we expected

Liked: The TV and its cable channels worked fine.
Disliked: Stayed 3 nights.Not enough parking / huge traffic jam in "no parking fire zone" blocking front entrance to the building and access for the Fire Department if it had been needed.Many ugly rust stains in the bathtub. There was also always some odor in the bathroom.Elevators worked poorly. Sometimes the doors did not open when they arrived at your floor. You had to go back down and come back again and hope they opened the 2nd time. Card key access to our room worked poorly. We had to slide the card in 10 to 15 times before it would work and unlock the door sometimes.

I will not book this...

Disliked: They had the lobby lights out constantly leak in ceiling, when I asked to have the lights on and tv to keep an eye on the hurricane, staff told me and another guest , we can do it ourself . Breakfast was sitting in grease , gross! When I asked for a wake up call , he said use my phone !
