Placent stay

Liked: Clean... breakfast was really good.. big room..
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The breakfast made by cook Ms. Veronica was nicely prepared and clean space to eat every stay. (4 days). I forgot to get a photo. But there was a different menu for breakfast daily. Homemade waffles, hot scrambled eggs(too salty prefer no seasoning to salt), even sausage patties and links
Disliked: Minor on my concerns: Low water pressure but still was hot enough to shower and use the sink. Smoking on the floor where it was strictly no smoking but ppl still were. Would be great to see better TV selections like Pluto, Tubi, Peacock, and Amazon. I think helps to have a variety of TV selections from satellite TV options.

Liked: The hotel is in a safer area of Houston and meets basic sanitary requirements.
Disliked: The front desk manager was hostile, completely unhelpful and treated our family like a major inconvenience instead of the reason she has a job. Our requests were simple (e.g. cab, directions, entrance to the gym, etc.) and all were met with outright indifference, refusal to assist and/or the “it’s not my problem” attitude.
