Corporate but clean

Liked: This place was generally clean, and comfortable, a typical chain hotel in the US. Everything was fine, the rooms were quite large. However, we recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Truckee and found them to be much more charming, and the staff were friendlier too.
Disliked: The hotel is not very sustainable and generates a lot of unnecessary plastic trash. They offer 2 plastic bottles of water at check in, even though the hotel has tap water and water dispensers. Looking at the other reviews, it seems like most people think this is a nice amenity so I doubt the hotel will change. The breakfast consists entirely of unhealthy processed and frozen or other pre-packaged foods (Jimmy Dean's, muffins etc). Plates and utensils are all disposable. The Best Western Plus in Truckee has a fresh hot breakfast and real plates, mugs, and cutlery.
