Disliked: There was hair in the bathtub and the furniture was a little outdated looked very used the room was nothing like the picture on booking.com

Not for me.

Liked: I liked the fact that a Walgreens is literally across the street. I walked to it. The lamps have charging outlets. The young white guy on the night station and the African American woman at the front desk are nice and helpful. Housekeeping rocked.
Disliked: Not close to the interstate. Room and hotel feels germy. Room had a smell. Had to ask for deodorizer . Couch was old and peeling. Potatoes were stale for breakfast. Sausage felt rubbery. Two rude staff members. Too far away from the exit I took. About 30 minutes. Heat doesn’t stay on. Not worth $100.00.

Liked: The staff was so nice! The housekeepers were also so very nice. Respectful! And great attitudes. The room was roomy and big! For 3 kings and a pull out sofa! Checkout time was at 12 so we slept in!

The hotel is adequate, but...

Liked: The location was great! It was not even a block away from the mall.
Disliked: Only 1 entrance from the outside for guests even though there was parking on both sides of the hotel. Elevator did not work- no sign saying it didn’t work- so when we got on we pressed the button and nothing happened for the first full minute then it had this loud buzzing sound. We hurried up and got off the elevator as the doors never even closed. We went up the stairs where there was mud caked on the stairs- it was still there the next day as well. Bed was hard, bathroom door opened into the toilet, scraping it as it then hit the side of the tub- very cramped. The maid knocked on our door 3 times the next morning and was asking us when we would leave and then lied to us and told us that check out was at 10 instead of 12 noon like the website said. The lady collecting sheets came by as well and when I asked her about the check out time, she confirmed that checkout was by noon. She said the maid had told that to customers before and had been reprimanded for this previously.
