Disliked: There was no wardrobe in the room. Disposable tableware is used during breakfast.

A good surprise

Liked: We’ve been to this hotel a week ago. The hotel has a good position close to a subway station.Our stay was amazing and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. If we ever go back to New York we’ll stay there again

Friendly comfortable and a great...

Liked: All of the staff were very welcoming, and the location was very convenient: 20 minutes walk downtown to Manhatten and an hour uptown towards the Rockefeller Centre. It's near to Canal St. Station, and there was a good variety of places to eat nearby.
Disliked: The only thing we would change is the throwaway culture: all the plates, cups and dishes for breakfast were made of paper, so there is a lot of rubbish going to landfill every day. This seemed normal in New York, but coming from New Zealand, where we are trying to be more sustainable, It seemed very strange.

Liked: Clean, new, kind people, young people, close to Little Italy and China town, luggages stayed in the hotel till 6pm for free
