I thought that the staff was great. My room was comfortable.

Liked: Friendly staff.

Many website stated free breakfast, but there wasn't one. The rooms were very dated; the heat didn't work; the bed was as hard as a rock; none of our channels worked. We did have a view of the water and the lighted town tree! The staff was very kind.

Liked: Nice front desk staff.
Disliked: Heat didn't work; hard bed; no free breakfast as stated.

The rooms were wonderful; the staff was fantastic. I couldn't believe that we got charged $11 for 'services' that we didn't use - just a general service charge. It put a kink in my feel about the hotel. I would rather that they increase the rate, rather than hitting me with that fee when I walked in the door.

Liked: Excellent staff; excellent room etc.
Disliked: General Service Charge.

Disliked: It leaked rain into our room, and had to be moved to a lesser level room @3 am. The hotel didn't offer anything to accommodate us to ensure a return to this facility. Not sorry for the inconvenience. I'm very disappointed at the way they handled this situation. What a missed opportunity.

Liked: Location and waterfront view. Breakfast was great! Good selection, nicely done bacon.
Disliked: For some reason, hot water was not getting to our room at the extreme end of the building. Spoke with night staff and then the day staff about the water situation. They insist that the hot water system is working, that we just need to run it for 10 minutes for it to get to us. It never happen. We decided to leave on the 2nd day and requested a refund on our 3 nights booking that was supposed to be non refundable. They refused. I worked with our credit card to resolve this.

Liked: ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
Disliked: ROOM WAS AT END OF VERY LONG HALLWAY. HALLWAY FLOOR/CARPET VERY DIRTY AND UNEVEN. LUGGAGE CARTS WERE SOMEWHAT BROKEN.

Awesome getaway and hidden gem

Liked: We loved our stay here and there was so much to like. This was definitely a hidden gem. Beds were comfy, great ocean view, staff were very friendly/professional. Loved the breakfast. Our rate was nicely priced. Loved that there was a bar onsite. Hotel was not overly busy. Great little get away. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Disliked: A little feedback: carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced, stains were an eye sore and wish the hot tub was open while we were there but other than everything else was great.
