Liked: The personnel were helpful and efficient. The coffee was good and available 24-7.
Disliked: The room, supposedly nonsmoking, smelled of stale cigarettes and mold. The carpets were worn. The room could have been cleaner.

Liked: The hotel is perfectly located and close to the main street with all the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport pick up stops.The staff was pleasant and helpful with all questions.The room was spacious and clean. We are very appreciative of the generous hot beverage machine that we were able to access throughout the day for a variety of hot chocolates, teas and coffees without an additional charge. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Disappointed with service and dirt...

Liked: The pool was so dirty that we decided to not go in . Lots of hair , different particles in it . I already complained to reception but the next day was the same. We honestly did not dare to go in. I go to lots of hotels and the is the first time that I see such a small pool is so dirtyAlso the receptionist was so unfriendly . She was not even smiling At night when I needed extra blanket I had to wait so long it seems that she was the only one servicing thereThe size of shampoo and conditioners were sooo smalll that one person with lots of hair like me had to use all to make it work. The size of lotion was a jokeThe breakfast was great although I wish the had cheese as I normally do not eat their warm foodThe room was really clean The location was great
