Liked: • Location was very good! Next to a grocery store and bus station. • Breakfast was best:) There are so many types of food and they taste amazing! • Spa was nice! • Check out is until 12 so I could rest before leaving
Disliked: In terms of the stay, there’s nothing to complain but while making a reservation, I received a scam email from the hotel. (When I contacted the hotel, they instructed me not to open the scam email link.) so I felt bit insecure about staying and making a reservation.

Liked: The location was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Carpet in the halls and rooms was old and stained. Walls on the halls need repairs.

Disliked: Drunk people on the next room. Reception visited two times to ask them to be quiet. It was night time, when people should be sleeping.If you want to party.. rent cottage on the middle of the forest, not the hotel room where are other people around...

Disliked: Rooms should be available from 15:00 but in reality we had to wait till 16:00.

Solid stay for a night...

Liked: Good-sized rooms and pretty comfortable beds. Shower had great pressure. Gym was pretty decent and so was the sauna/jacuzzi area. Breakfast was quite good: fresh fruits and vegetables, yogurt, chia pudding, and tasty juices. Location was really convenient to the bus and train stations, which was why we chose it. It's also on the main thoroughfare of Luleå.
Disliked: Hotel messed up our reservation -- told us we didn't have a room booked even though we had proof of a confirmed reservation. They were able to find a room for us but they should've just gotten the reservation right in the first place.Would love more hot food options for vegetarians besides the one scrambled egg dish. Even some roasted potatoes or something would've gone a long way.Hot tub was lukewarm and no matter what we did, we couldn't actually get the jets to work, so it might need some maintenance.
