Liked: Nothing like advertised. Will never stat with best Western again
Disliked: The hot tub was out of commission, the rooms didn't look like advertised and it was in the hood.

Not as good as I...

Liked: Convenient - pretty close to my appointment.
Disliked: 1). 2 lamps of my room did not work when I entered the room.2). All toilet tissues in men’s bathroom near breakfast area ran out! When I asked the employee in breakfast area for help, she gave me only … 2 rolls!?3). Men’s bathroom near breakfast area had 1 clogged toilet bowl!
