Nice hotel, good location, super...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: Room wasn’t accessible with an elevator had to go up a couple of flights with heavy suitcase but staff gave us shortest route to room to avoid a set of stairs so that was nice.

If the sound proving problem...

Liked: Clean, close to downtown
Disliked: The noise from next door can be heard clearly , we can hear their door or further moving at 12amish , hard to sleep

Liked: I didn't eat breakfast there. My wife and I went out for breakfast. When we arrived, the first thing we did was air out our room. There was a mildew odor.

Love breakfast!!

Liked: The only thing that brighten my day was the breakfast. It was great! Especially the lady who served, Janet. She is awesome! Greeted me with a smile and good morning. There is a variety of food for breakfast. Just name a few, biscuit and gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffle, fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereal... They also offered coffee, juice and milk. When I asked her if I could bring breakfast to my husband who was watching our dog, she said yes and gave me a tray to hold the food. We were both please and left the hotel with a full warm stomach that morning.
Disliked: Other than that, the staffs at the front desk, from our check-in to the check-out were not pleasant and showed no smile and we felt un-welcome. When asked questions, it felt like we were a bother. Other staffs that we passed by in the hall way did not look pleasant either. We would greet first before they would acknowleged our present. It would be nice to see staffs with smiles and greeting the guests.
