Dismaying

Liked: Breakfast was good, location ok
Disliked: I specifically booked this hotel to sit in the hot tub and use the heated pool which turned out to be both cold. I paid a lot of money to spend my 51st anniversary, relaxing in a hot tub instead I was angry and did not enjoy my stay at all

Liked: I like how it is close to the river. Staff was great.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were down there was no notice.
