Convenient, ok, discontented. Would stay...

Disliked: Stayed three nights and couldn't get my bed made or the towels changed despite asking the desk for help twice. Apparently there's a question on the check in sheet you have to check to get routine service, but who looks to read all the fine print. Most hotels simply put out a card to hang up your towels if you don't want them changed and to put them on the floor if you do. All good hotels in my experience make the bed.

Disliked: We choose the motel for the spa tub. My wife has fibromyalgia, ptsd, anxiety and depression disorder. We made reservations ahead of time. Also reserved the day before our 24 Anniversary so we would have the whole day of our Anniversary to celebrate and not leave the room. The spa tub work for a couple of minutes and quite. My wife never even got in. They couldn't fix the tub. They couldn't offer an alternative solution. My wife spent our 24th anniversary in pain and crying. What was to be a joyful celebration turned in to a disaster and we can never get it back. I feel we should be refunded all $ for both days. I also feel we should be compensated for our damages.

Liked: Breakfast was good, location ok
Disliked: I specifically booked this hotel to sit in the hot tub and use the heated pool which turned out to be both cold. I paid a lot of money to spend my 51st anniversary, relaxing in a hot tub instead I was angry and did not enjoy my stay at all
