Disappointed with what Best Western...

Liked: Location was fine and breakfast was adequate
Disliked: 1. Booked the room for 2 people but only one bath towel was supplied. 2. Bed no1 had a hole in the sheet and appeared to have been slept in and not remade. 3. Bed no 2 had a blood stain on the sheet and the mattress was uncomfortable. 4. Curtain rod in bathroom was bent and nearly falling off the wall and not allowing shower curtain to close properly. 5. Tap on vanity basin leaked water onto vanity top. 6. Microwave oven very dirty inside. 7. Bedside lamps not working at all. Room quite dark. 8. As a Best Western member I thought the room with all its faults was over priced and I would rate 1 star. I would now think twice before staying at another BW hotel.

It could be better.

Liked: Basic.
Disliked: Hotel is very dark (lack of lights) , the bathroom need a deep cleaning and all the place is very old.

Liked: Friendly staff and it felt secure and was very quiet!
Disliked: There was no light by my bedside and very few outlets...

Staff was great, very helpful...

Liked: The staff was great, very helpful recommending places to eat and answer questions about the area. Room was clean and the breakfest bar was good.. All day free coffee and apples. I will return if Im back in the area.
