One night with the family

Liked: The property was very easy to find , clean & looked safe. The breakfast had so many choices for breakfast as well as opened up early enough to have coffee first thing. We booked this property due to breakfast and an indoor pool.
Disliked: My daughter said the bed was too soft

Liked: We only stayed for a short stay, but the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. Will stay here again.

A nightmare experience. Dirty sheet...

Liked: The breakfast managed by the same dynamic and professional lady seen there every morning of my stay.That's all.
Disliked: After checking in, a dirty bathroom with several pieces of hair on the floor and dirty sheet were quickly noticed. It was reported to the front desk which stated it couldn’t be handled on the same day and would be cleaned the next day. The next day stopping at the front desk on my way out for the day to reiterate my dissatisfaction with the dirtiness in my room and making sure the room would be cleaned, a woman at the front desk who’s role in the hotel was not clear became all feisty and defiant about the issue, not acknowledging the problem and stating if I am unhappy about it to change hotel ! Really ?!? Like on a busy week-end in the area and settled in my room, I could snap my fingers and end up instantly in another hotel. What a lousy approach and answer instead of taking charge of the problem, apologizing and promptly taking actions to resolve the problem.The message was clear: our hotel is dirty, that’s the way it is and if you’re not happy, go somewhere else.When I came back after my day out, the problem had not been resolved with still the same dirty sheet and bathroom floor, which says a lot of this hotel’s standards.I travel a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the US and the world. This has been and by far my worst hotel experience ever. Needless to say I will never stay again here and probably not in a Best Western again.

Liked: I appreciated the fresh fruit and the refrigerated offerings. I also appreciated the front desk upon check in ... the room they gave me looked out on the roof over the entry and since I was staying three nights I asked for a room that looked out to the surrounding area ... the room I did stay in was great ..
Disliked: No Complaints

Really enjoyed the room and...

Liked: The hot tub was hot without being too hot. It was spacious. The pool temp was very nice. Pool area was clean, pool towels abundant. Breakfast area was wonderful. Lots of furniture for assorted places to sit. Breakfast was tasty. Lots of nice options. Loved the strawberry syrup for waffles. Most hotels just have maple syrup. Bed was comfortable. 4 pillows was nice. I felt comfortable and safe. The location was close to restaurants and stores.
Disliked: 1 of the waffle makers was out of order which slowed down breakfast. Our friends' room card wouldn't let them into the pool area. There's no bathroom in the pool area.
