Liked: The hot jets are not working. Told staff with no knowledge and couldn’t get it fixed. Second time I have stayed here with a broken hot tub. Unbearable. If they will not fix it. Don’t advertise it

Liked: My bed was comfy and the staff were helpful yet easy going.
Disliked: There was dust all along the top of my bed...and probably in other areas. I didn't want to look too hard since there was so much dust in a completely obvious place to clean. It made me wonder what other parts they were missing during cleaning. Having to ask for housekeeping...not so cool...

Great stay, close to BYU...

Liked: Best place to stay to be close to our daughter at BYU campus. The location is wonderful, the room was clean, and my sons really enjoyed making waffles for breakfast.

Liked: On March 29 at around 6pm, I arrived at the hotel and Jessie greeted me and checked me in. I requested a quiet room preferably at the end of the hall and on top floor if available. Jessie took the time to look at the floor plans and room availability to find me the quietest room away from the elevator. I traveled frequently in my career and found Jessie is extraordinary in his professionalism. I was very pleased with his care and concern that my request be met if possible. Jessie is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I want management to know he is a stellar employee and perfect in his position at the front desk.
