Liked: Not downtown but we could walk everywhere. Very clean and a comfy bed. The shower could have better pressure.

Disliked: The 2nd floor of the hotel, where my room was located, reeked of pot. It was nauseating. I complained to the front desk but nothing was done about it. I called the General Manager the next day. He only offered to reduce my room rate by 50%. He should have refunded me the full amount. I've stayed at this hotel many times and always had a pleasant experience. This time was awful.

perfect for the price

Liked: We've been here every year for the last 7 years. It's a decent hotel for a decent price. The staff is always wonderful. The location is unbeatable.
Disliked: I wish the lobby had more furniture. We miss the large couches. It would be nice if the suites were already stocked when getting to the room.

Liked: Free parking, very handy to the highway. Central location to downtown and the malls, strip malls, restaurants. Always clean and comfortable
Disliked: Tub area had a bit of damaged ceiling from water leakage from second floor bathroom

Disliked: Worn out furniture, smoke detector low battery alarm going on all night. Appears to be a residential hotel with weird folks living there. Not ever staying there again, it was once a very convenient and decent place.

Alright but not great

Liked: The suite was clean and spacious. The charging station was great for electronics. The refrigerator worked.
Disliked: Feet stuck to elevator floor. The bed was hard. The noise outside kept me awake
