Liked: The pool was great for the kids. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Beds a terrible uncomfortable woke up on so much pain. Thought the buffet was include in the stay, and wait staff didn’t explain otherwise until bill came.

Liked: This is the only place we stay when we visit Calgary.
Disliked: There was a young boys hockey team that was using the pool, parental supervision was not in existence. We booked for the 8pm to 9pm time and the pool felt over capacity.

Liked: What a great Hotel! Big room, probably the fastest elevators I've ever had to deal with, the waterpark is beautiful and well organized; as you pick a timeslot between 6 - 10, so you aren't going in when it's over crowded. There is also a second pool and hot tub for those not looking for waterslides and screaming kids. The hotel even has underground parking! Needless to say... We would absolutely stay again!
Disliked: The parkade is very tight. Just a note to those with trucks; be very careful when you have to go down a level, as the ramps are very tight. You may have to three point it in an effort to not hit the side of your vehicle when you are trying to make the turn. The parking area has plenty of room, it's just the ramps that are tricky.
