Liked: The room was clean,The breakfast was very good.The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: When I first arrived I thought I was in the wrong place. The hallways/elevator do not look as **** stars. When you reach the reception the things changed, it became more welcoming :D.No slippers are provided in the room. Bring your own or request at the reception.

Liked: The location and spacious bedroom for one person.
Disliked: As the room was at the side of the building there was not view and noise could be heard early in the morning. Room was not cleaned or bed made throughout my 3 day stay.

Liked: Location is perfect for our needs.Very clean.We parked in QPark Centrum for 15 euro with help from the hotel.Bathroom is huge
Disliked: We had a very small, strange shaped roomIf I opened the wardrobe it almost toughed the dressing table so had to stand to one sideQuite depressing decor, nothing really cosy about the roomI set the airco to 21 when we left to go out as I found it Wark in the room.When we returned 8 hours later it was 24! No windows so too warm.for me.I went to reception amd he agreed it was not working.He knocked on our door sometime later to check if it had cooled off but no, it was hot.The lobby was even warmer and it's november!
