Liked: Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. Check in staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our room was not well cleaned. The tile floor was gritty with salt before we entered and we found several artificial finer nails around the room.

Disliked: I couldn't have my family contact me directly without going though many steps.

Disliked: Swimming pool water was cold. Could only stay in the pool about 15 min.this past Saturday Night.

Liked: Loved the pool set up for the kids. Love that there was plenty of room to eat for breakfast with so many teams there.
Disliked: We came in at 11pm and went around back with our key and it didn't work. We had to go in a different entrance with all of our luggage....walk back to our room and the key didn't work again. We had to leave all of our luggage there and walk up front and back again. The beds were AWFUL!!!! We would not stay here again simply because of the mattresses. Two nots on this mattress and I have severe back pain. The staff was nice.
