Not worse the money
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Room is ran down. Cleaning staff parks the card in front of your door on the checkout day, being very noisy before I checked out. Then they attempt to enter the room BEFORE I actually check out. Not acceptable.Faucet in the shower was broken, as result there was no hot water. We stayed in this hotel twice and we faced both of problems twice.

Very good
Disliked: TV does not have closed captioning. My wife has a profound hearing loss needs captioning to watch TV. The hotel should provide this accommodation to disabled guests.

Great for the price. Enjoyed...
Liked: Convenient location off freeway. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff - front desk, food, cleaning. Spacious room. Plenty of clean towels.
Disliked: I was freezing at night because the blanket is more like a sheet.

Sleepless night in Placerville
Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: Very tired, uncomfortable beds. Late check-ins kept us up. Only stayed one night of three.

Convenient location to activities and...
Liked: It was very convenient to Highway 50 and it was only a few miles from downtown Placerville.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard as well as the pillows. We found it difficult carrying our suitcases upstairs with their not being an elevator.

Way too expensive for run...
Liked: It was in an excellent area and the staff was nice.
Disliked: The pillows were trash. I couldn’t turn on the fan because you could see it was covered with dirt and debris. There were random stains on the walls and curtains, the linen had a chlorine smell like everything was washed with pool towels. And the absolute worst was the shower. Little to no water pressure and the water would be hot for a moment before shooting out freezing cold.
