Liked: Close to lumen field
Disliked: Price, no heat in room, door had a gap in room 324, paid parking is high. Room was small for the price. Not worth the $300.00 + a night.

Not pleased with staff.

Liked: Breakfast was very good if a bit too packaged. The attendants were very friendly and accommodating. I liked the old hotel building and the refurbishment that has been done.
Disliked: Due to an error committed at the check in we were booked only for one night when it should have been four nights. This resulted in our arrival, late at night after our first day’s stay being locked out and the room not being cleaned. Complaints to night staff were dismissed without a single explanation or emphatic attitude.
