Terrible Experience

Disliked: Elevators were not working. Tried to put us in a 4th Floor room upon arrival. It took over an hour to get checked in because the front desk staff had to try and get approval for the only first floor room. This was my birthday trip and I was traveling with my disabled 82 year old Mother. I was tired after driving over 10 hours just to get there and experience this situation. I Will not stay at this property again.😞

A nice spot to come...

Liked: Being by the trail was really cool! And the overall location was great.
Disliked: The elevator was broken when I arrived and I was on the 3rd floor and I was too nervous to use the elevator during my stay.

Frustrating

Liked: Elevator stopped working completely on my second day. I was put on the 4th floor. Management didn't try to accommodate or anything. Not much for parking after 8/9 pm most spots are taken up by trucks that never move. Most of the equipment doesn't work or content to internet in the gym.

Disliked: I placed order for motel within 5 miles from my venue when I arrived it was 15 miles away from my venue

Disliked: elevator just one and the cleaning use same elevator as the guest too. Also elevator is so slow. other than that everything was fine😊
