Disliked: The facility took an unauthorized charge.

Disliked: I placed order for motel within 5 miles from my venue when I arrived it was 15 miles away from my venue

Disliked: elevator just one and the cleaning use same elevator as the guest too. Also elevator is so slow. other than that everything was fine

The place is nice but...

Liked: The place is nice but my room windows is transparent and the street lights bright the room and it’s made it difficult for me to sleep. Also anyone who talks passed by like there’s in my room

Liked: We enjoyed the room and location. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: Elevator is extremely slow. Also I my cards didn't work the next morning after breakfast. My room was on the fourth floor and breakfast is on second. Lots of walking.

Fun Filled!

Liked: Convient to the Highway and shopping and the Downtown area of Charlotte! Breakfast was right on time and the Staff was Excellent, highly recommend this Hotel to Friends and Strangers! 10 out of 10!

I would stay again.
