Great overnight stay for the...

Liked: Manager Ashley was the nicest, friendliest person. Breakfast was what we love about BW, early and well stocked.
Disliked: Bed and bedding seemed a little old, also there was no tissue in the tissue holder.

One of the best Best...

Liked: This is one of the best stays that we have had with a Best Western and we stay at a lot of them. Ashley is beyond friendly and even remembered us from 6 months ago! The bed was comfortable the room was immaculate The shower was great The pool was beautiful and breakfast was amazing! Raelene goes above and beyond when it comes to that dining room and breakfast! Honestly she should get a bonus...
Disliked: If there was anything, I just think the toilet might need to be adjusted just a little bit because he had to hold it down for a minute to make sure it went but, it still worked so I don't really consider that I a kajink.

Our stay was short but...

Liked: Size of room was very nice. We had a single king bedroom.
Disliked: Parking lot on north side in front of room 107 has an area where there is an electrical (?) item in the middle of parking area. This area is dark.When you get closer to the room doors there is good lighting.The bathroom is small and repair work on shower wall looks terrible.

Liked: The staff was friendly. The gentleman I called to ask for a room change was very nice, understanding and helpful.
Disliked: The beds were so bad. The first room had one decent bed but the other had a major dip and squeaked everything we moved. The second room was the same. One bed was flat and hard and the other bed you could feel the springs and also had a dip. The first room was very hot even with the AC on the second room was warm even with the AC on.

The only thing that was...

Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t working it wasn’t even on when we arrived late in the day hot stuffy. The cover was on the floor my husband had to put it in place and turn it on! I told him it just needed to be on for awhile to cool off bc it was extremely hot. That never happened it was 88 in the room all night! We should have got up and called but we r elderly and it was so late. My husband also sleeps with a breathing machine and gets very tired. We just got up as soon as the sun came up and we’re out of there. The reason we just didn’t go home during the night is bc we don’t usually drive at night or in unfamiliar places. It just was a nightmare!
