Horrible because Best Western was not a place I felt comfortable staying in. Was charged 205.00 for nothing. They didn't even try to make up for false advertising.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Appearance of hotel outside and inside.

I would not recommend. Not close enough to any attractions you would feel safe walking around in. Parking is a block and a half away. The mattress on my bed almost sank to the floor when I sat on it, so not a comfortable sleep.

Liked: The room appeared clean and it was not noisy during the overnight hours.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was the worst. I got yogurt from the little cooler and it had expired the week before. The bananas all had dark spots. The waffle maker was missing a knob and was not working. Turkey sausage was so hard and dry it was inedible. House keeping staff were very loud early hours - sounded as thought they were talking on their cell phones.

Plan for city traffic and this is just a perfect hub for your experience.

Liked: Just about everything from the front desk's help identifying a mistake to the cleanliness of our room. Complimentary breakfast was good (except for the sausage - not a fan).
Disliked: None. Lyft to and from the concert was easy.

Liked: The rooms and bar service were great. Comfy beds and a very pleasant environment.
Disliked: There's no parking and i gotta $48.00 every 24 hours to keep my car parked to stay in the hotel and the breakfast wasn't bad but it wasn't the best hotel breakfast.

It was a good stay!

Liked: We liked that staff was attentive to the door and made sure to help out even in late hours. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, and free water jug they had so we could fill up our bottles! The bathroom was spacious!
Disliked: We didn’t have a room with a window with any light so it always felt dark and trapped a little. Staff were verbally fighting outside of our room so that was awkward.
