Horrible because Best Western was not a place I felt comfortable staying in. Was charged 205.00 for nothing. They didn't even try to make up for false advertising.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Appearance of hotel outside and inside.

I would not recommend. Not close enough to any attractions you would feel safe walking around in. Parking is a block and a half away. The mattress on my bed almost sank to the floor when I sat on it, so not a comfortable sleep.

Liked: The room appeared clean and it was not noisy during the overnight hours.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was the worst. I got yogurt from the little cooler and it had expired the week before. The bananas all had dark spots. The waffle maker was missing a knob and was not working. Turkey sausage was so hard and dry it was inedible. House keeping staff were very loud early hours - sounded as thought they were talking on their cell phones.

Plan for city traffic and this is just a perfect hub for your experience.

Liked: Just about everything from the front desk's help identifying a mistake to the cleanliness of our room. Complimentary breakfast was good (except for the sausage - not a fan).
Disliked: None. Lyft to and from the concert was easy.

Poor value for the money.

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: Room was tiny with no storage space and no chair or place to sit. Breakfast, what breakfast? I've had better breakfasts in $40 motels. Cereal??

Disliked: One elevator broke during our stay, so we had to use another elevator

Disliked: Worn out desk chair (peeling seat cover). Dirty grout in the shower. Stained carpet (gum?).

Liked: Amazing location with a beautiful view of downtown. Exceptionally comfortable beds. And overall very clean room. Booked early so definitely worth the value.
Disliked: The bathroom was clean for the most part, just some slight streaks reminiscent of prior guests. Breakfast leaves more to be desired. Wasn't expecting anything special but cooked proteins severely overcooked every day I was there. Not much selection.

Bad

Liked: At that time, your front desk asked us to book online. I booked online, but your front desk did not open a room for us according to the online reservation. Instead, you used my credit card to open another room. As a result, I opened two rooms and two payments were deducted. I received a deduction notice yesterday.
