Horrible because Best Western was not a place I felt comfortable staying in. Was charged 205.00 for nothing. They didn't even try to make up for false advertising.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Appearance of hotel outside and inside.

I would not recommend. Not close enough to any attractions you would feel safe walking around in. Parking is a block and a half away. The mattress on my bed almost sank to the floor when I sat on it, so not a comfortable sleep.

Liked: The room appeared clean and it was not noisy during the overnight hours.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet was the worst. I got yogurt from the little cooler and it had expired the week before. The bananas all had dark spots. The waffle maker was missing a knob and was not working. Turkey sausage was so hard and dry it was inedible. House keeping staff were very loud early hours - sounded as thought they were talking on their cell phones.

Plan for city traffic and this is just a perfect hub for your experience.

Liked: Just about everything from the front desk's help identifying a mistake to the cleanliness of our room. Complimentary breakfast was good (except for the sausage - not a fan).
Disliked: None. Lyft to and from the concert was easy.

Nice, comfortable and close to...

Liked: It was fairly close to the location that we needed to be at which was the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Parking was super close to the hotel.
Disliked: Some out dated things in the rooms and our sink was cracked. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was only fair. Not that great!
