Liked: Quiet, serviceable hotel. Decent breakfast. Nothing glamorous. Neighborhood is a little rough around the edges but seemed safe.

Liked: The breakfast! It has a variety of everything, ranges from hot food to pastry, bread and waffles, except fruits. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and took pride in her work. She made sure that food is replenished and even wanted to clear our table everyday.
Disliked: There was no curtain in the room and everyday we woke up with bright light shinning. When we first checked in the room, we brought this up and the receptionist said it is like that for every room. If I have known, I would not booked this place! We stayed for 7 days and they said housekeeping is alternate days, but it does not seem so and you need to put in request at the receptionist. We have 3 adults but the housekeeping always just give 2 set of towels and when I talked to the receptionist (she seems quite senior), she was quite rude and start defending saying that the housekeeping would not know how many pple was the room booked for. If the housekeeping collect 3 sets of towels, should not he/she replaced with 3 instead of 2! The whole floor smelled, like weeds or something.

It was convenient.

Disliked: Needed heavier blankets. Bathroom needs updating.

Liked: I loved how knowledgeable the staff was, no outstanding deposit was charged other than that of Booking, and the price was very economical !It was handicapped accessible to my scooter, because I can't walk, that was a huge plus!!
Disliked: I didn't like no discount for alumnus.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The shower was awful, very temperamental. One second it's freezing, and if you barely touch the knob, you're getting scalded. The temperature of the room was also controlled weirdly and didn't really work.

Amazing, can't wait to go...

Liked: It's in a quiet part of town, beautiful place at Widener University, clean streets. Room was spotless, Jessica (the cleaning girl) was very attentive and provided us with clean towels and trash liners when we asked (it was a 5 day, 4 night stay during Thanksgiving weekend). Top hotel in so many things, I hope next time I have an equally pleasant stay. I've been to Hilton and Marriott hotels, this is better. Breakfast was amazing, "Oshan" the woman who works there made me feel cared for, and assisted me with my breakfast. The receptionist went above and beyond to get the TV working for me and the kids.
Disliked: The wifi! Unfortunately, the wifi signal was weak and we couldn't get the Playstation to connect to the internet. We were in a double bed room, however only one of shampoo, conditioner and lotion when we arrived. However, the staff was truly sweet and provided all things we requested.
