Great value!

Liked: The hotel was clean and appealing. The breakfast was good as were the offerings. The amenities were helpful. We really liked the 2 sinks, and I appreciated the make-up wash cloth. It was a great value for the money.
Disliked: There were several mold spots on the shower curtain. There was no shower cap, so I just used a towel. Out of the six lights above the mirror there were 3 different light bulbs. The 1 LED light bulb worked the best to see well. Installing a Wall Mounted Swivel Extendable Makeup Mirror would be very helpful. The lighting would still be a bit of an issue but much better than what it is currently.

Liked: All the room, the food was great and lots of options, great price, clean and nice employees.
Disliked: Everything was closed, pool, hot tub, gym, and there was a hide a bed that you couldn't even use. 1 remote for 2 tvs that were in different rooms.

Liked: Nothing ! I have always stayed when possible at the best Western Plus, but this will be my last time. Each stays, the quality gets worse, and this time draws the line with me.
Disliked: The bed sheets were not fresh they were dirty with stain marks and so much hair on both beds. The tolite paper roll was left empty, 6 hairs in the tub and bathroom floor, and the room was not vacuumed . There was so much dust on the headboard that you could see nothing but white .JUST NEVER CLEANED PERIOD! I was given a new room on the same floor and there were dirty sheets again . We were finally given a 3rd room and was told it was a new housekeeper who had not been doing her job properly. The reception apologized, but for 119 dollars a night plus 30 dollar night pet fee ,I expect clean sheets at least! We felt so uncomfortable sleeping .. Just felt dirty.

Pleasant

Liked: We enjoyed the coffee near the office, the reck room with pool table was a blast, hot water clean is a plus.
Disliked: Undergoing construction in the pool/gym room without knowing until we got there.

Superb

Liked: Best breakfast available anywhere. Nothing lacking!!! Good value.

Best motel in that location...

Liked: Good motel breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good location.
Disliked: Noisy heater that stayed on until you turned it off. Gym was closed. Rooms are not soundproof at all - you hear everything in the hall.
