Disliked: The elevator was not working so we did not have our scheduled room with a Mountain View. Since I had just had cervical spine surgery and was not able to take the stairs to the second floor we obtained a room on the first floor.Your staff was quite helpful and gracious.We were in Colorado Springs to visit my niece who a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.Our room and linens were very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable.

Liked: I like that the breakfast was good. The bed was great.
Disliked: I didn't like that. The lady in the front. Charge me for having a pet. I did not have one. She said you will need to talk to a manager the next day. I also left my lunch bags. Call immediately when I was on the road. They never returned my call. When I arrive they said. It might of been thrown away. I had my child's milk in there. I dislike very much the lack of interest.
