Liked: It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel, close to services and many restaurants and groceries.The breakfast buffet is good, but it needs to add more types of food.

A I ended up reserving...

Liked: The lobby had a nice coffee machine
Disliked: The hotel is not up-to-date at all Need a new paint job scuffs all on the wall, need new sheets & pillows bathroom needs remodeling, brown water coming out the shower, rusted showerheads present. Elevator reeked of bleach with wet spots on the floor, no venting machines present just a very limited “snack store”

Liked: Never got a chance to even look around the property.
Disliked: The customer service was horrible. The lady that was working the front desk was the worst and we were victims of the natural disaster. She tried to relate to me while continuing to upcharge me for the room just because I had 5 small children. We had already paid $366 just for that room and it didn’t have two beds just 1 king bed and a sofa bed. Trees fell on our house we had no lights or water and there was no compassion AT ALL!
