Liked: The staff tried thier absolute best to make up for the properties shortcomings.
Disliked: The television didn't tune in the channels on the list of provided channels. There was crumbs and food under the cushions on top of the hidabed. There was rust and grime buildup on the tub and shower fixtures. There was no shampoo, body wash, or conditioner in the dispensers and the dispensers themselves were filthy and gross. The price for the room was cheaper on arrival than when booked.

Disliked: Traffic noise, AC only worked on high. And we had to leave a day early with a family emergency. Staff couldn't refund the room going through booking.com. I tried to reach booking.com with no luck. I have used your service many times in the past. Don't applicate using booking.com in any future bookings with a company that takes your money but makes it extremely difficult to reach if you need to make changes.
