Wonderful hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: Clean, comfortable and welcoming.
Disliked: The shower was not up to 21st century standards - too cramped for a 6ft adult.

Great value for money and...

Liked: Wonderful breakfast. Was upgraded without asking ☺️ The receptionist (a woman) was very professional and helpful, which was delightful (I had stopped staying there after a receptionist was very rude to me a few years ago).The room was big, nicely furnished and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: The room was very cold. Airco didn't work.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Liked: Comfortable,spacious room, good standard of cleanliness,comfortable bed. Breakfast - excellent, good varied choice. Very helpful desk clerks
Disliked: Only problem during the stay - there was a fire alarm. I left my room with others in my door and walked down the stairs outside and round to the foyer. There were no announcements about the problem. Nobody seemed to be in charge of the situation which worried me if there had been a real fire.
