Other than the cockroach welcoming...

Liked: Everyone was very welcoming and friendly
Disliked: The only complaint that I had is as soon as I walked into my room and stepped in the bathroom, there was a big cockroach

Liked: Hotel always clean Front desk & all other staff very friendly Breckfest is food..Asked for a room on the upper floor, and we were given it with no problem or upper charge.
Disliked: Limited hotel water .We had to take a quick shower before water got to cold.

Disliked: Our room wasn’t ready on time and had to wait about 30 min. Also our key stop working and had to ask for a new one. Everything else was okay.
