Superb

Liked: Location was perfect. The restaurant downstairs was excellent! Parking was easy and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: A bit noisy after hours, but reasonable for the location. The desk staff seemed uninterested, though they were helpful when asked

This hotel gave me a...

Liked: I did enjoy the room at this hotel – the bed was very comfortable. The room was well organized; There were lots of storage spaces, and tables so I had no problem, putting stuff away. I liked having grab bars in the bath, too. The staff was informative, friendly, and interested. Location was great too – close to the Arboretum and downtown. I could walk, shop, and hang out with friends.

BW Palm Court is an...

Liked: It is centrally located to shops, restaurants, coffee and parks. 1 block from the Farmers Market. The jacuzzi room with balcony was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The switch for the jacuzzi is awkwardly placed. Everyone kept accidentally turning on the jacuzzi since it looks just like the light switch, especially at night.

Excellent overall, despite the restaurant...

Liked: The bar was lovely, and great food.
Disliked: The restaurant. Cafe style, limited food choices - not what I expected. I would have liked a mid-range sit-down restaurant with a decent menu.
