Disliked: I saw undesirable clientele. I don't know if they were guests or just people going in and out of the desk area.

Live, active bugs while I was there and with the lights on. :( In the shower, on the floor, on the tables, and one on the bed.The staff changed me to an upgraded room, and had I been in this room from the beginning, the review would have been more positive.

Horrible hotel room

Liked: Exterior and parking was nice. Front desk receptionist was friendly and responsive
Disliked: The hallway smelled like Marijuana. The bathroom floor and door looked dirty. The carpet in the room looked old and dingy. Beds are hard, pillows are lumpy, stain on comforter, remote control hard to use, small roaches in bathroom and one in microwave upon opening. The room looks nothing like the photos in booking.com. one of the bedside bulbs flickered and had to keep turned off. Will not stay in a best Western again
