The area was perfect - quiet and relaxed. The rooms are big and greatly organized. I would definitely recommend going to this hotel.

Not worth the money

Disliked: It was run down, the furniture was stained, the bathroom faucet was broken and there was a chirp from the fire alarm going off all night in the room.

Liked: Proximity to the Queensway Carleton Hospital where a relative was a patient
Disliked: This hotel should not have a best western plus designation. It is run down - the main entrance was cordoned off due to what I was told was a collapse of the roof. The suite was not very clean- smoker smell and furniture surfaces not clean.
