Liked: The front desk lady ((sorry cannot remember her name) was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I travelled to Ottawa as my mother (90 years old) was about to pass away - needless to say I was t in the best frame of mind - she helped to make my first day in Ottawa as stress free as she could. Will be ever thankful for her kindness

Pleasant

Disliked: The restaurant was dark in the basement, with no bright lighting, and when we went for breakfast there was no one there to greet us, just a notice saying they would be back in ten minutes. One customer was eating breakfast. This was not welcoming place and we went out for breakfast.
