Wasn't a great staff experience

Liked: Had to switch rooms the tub plug wouldn't work so that was extremely upsetting it was like 830-9pm on Saturday night that wasn't really good at all. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Definitely not a good variety. Only 2 hot foods . Scrabble eggs and a undercooked meat. Didnt like the fact that they are very pushy to get u to leave. Asked for 12pm checkout and wasn't happy about it. Then at 1130 they called and asked us to be out. They kept telling me they needed to process my payment but I paid online when booked through booking.com that was frustrating for me. I had all the information accessible to view. Got to my room and called me back to leave a 25$ pre authorized payment which is extremely ridiculous as I showed the card used my id and confirmation of payment. So that was horrible and embarrassing. Not sure if id return for the 375$ it cost for 2 nights
