Liked: I liked the complementary breakfast and the pool
Disliked: The bedroom itself was gross. It smelled moldy or musky, and the shower continually leaked into the bathroom when the shower was on. The showerhead was moldy. Altogether it was disgusting and I would not stay there again.

Disliked: the breakfast staff is too concerned to make sure that breakfast ends and is shut down exactly at 9:30 a.m. That team communicated with the guests that they have to place orders by 9:20 or 9:25 because they're closing it down right at 9:30 a.m. in an admonishing kind of manner. I believe that this communication is a bit abrasive and could be done better. A thought to consider, set the closing time with your breakfast team that internally they won't close until 9:35 or 9:40 - not something your guests know, but only the breakfast team.

Nice hotel on a budget

Liked: This was a nice hotel with comfortable beds. I felt safe in the area and the rooms were clean. I thought it was a great hotel for trying to find a budget hotel. I just stayed here for the airport and then headed to a hotel closer to the beach towns.
